Featured agents are a curated set of organization‑endorsed agents that appear in a Featured section of the Agent Library and in the chat for eligible users. Featured agents help you quickly find trusted agents without browsing the full library. These agents are curated by your admin to highlight the most useful and trusted agents for your organization. If you have access to at least one featured agent, you will see the Featured Agents section. If you don’t have access to any featured agents, you will not see the section at all. Agent admins (admins and agent moderators) create and manage the Featured category, add or remove agents, and adjust the order you see them in the library.
