Customize how Glean looks to match your brand
As your teammates start to use Glean, customize how Glean looks and feels to match your company's branding. You can change the logo and color palette, and upload a branded background image for the home page and new tab page that's available in the Glean browser extension.
This task is optional — you can skip it during workspace setup and customize later from the Admin console.
Open the appearance settings
In the Roll out Glean to your organization section, select Customize how Glean looks to match your brand.

To open this task directly, go to Customization → Appearance in the Admin console. To skip and customize later, select the Skip option.
What you can configure
From the Appearance page, you can:
- Update the company branding — company name, logo, and color theme.
- Configure the home page — cards, quick tools, and default wallpapers for light and dark modes.
- Adjust feature enablement to turn individual Glean features on or off for your users.
You must be assigned the Admin or Super Admin role to customize workspace appearance.
