Issue

The Personal Access Token (PAT) does not have the expected format. Gitlab PATs are expected to have a specific prefix and the input must be at least 20 characters long and can only contain letters (A-Z, a-z), numbers (0-9), hyphens (-), and underscores (_). Any other characters or a shorter length is rejected.

Resolution

  • Ensure the token you are entering is a valid PAT.
