OTTERAI_1
Issue
Glean couldn't confirm that the configured Otter API key can access a workspace. This check fails for a few distinct reasons:
- The API key is invalid or has expired.
- Otter denied access because the account isn't on an Enterprise plan, or the key doesn't have workspace access. Otter requires both.
- Otter rate-limited the validation request.
- Glean couldn't connect to Otter, or Otter returned a server error.
- Otter returned an incomplete workspace response, so the key can't reach a workspace.
Resolution
Give the connector an Otter API key that can reach a workspace, then run validation again:
- Verify that the API key is correct and hasn't expired.
- Confirm the Otter account is on an Enterprise plan and the key has workspace access.
- If Otter rate-limited the request or Glean couldn't connect, wait a few minutes and try again.
- In the Glean Admin console, update the Otter connector with a valid API key and revalidate.
