We are unable to fetch permission templates from your Procore instance.
Resolution:
- Please ensure that the service account has been configured properly and the credentials provided are valid.
- If the credentials are valid, please ensure that the service account has 'Admin' privileges to the Company Directory. See Edit a user account in the Company Directory for more information.
