Issue

We are unable to fetch permission templates from your Procore instance.

Resolution:

  1. Please ensure that the service account has been configured properly and the credentials provided are valid.
  2. If the credentials are valid, please ensure that the service account has ‘Admin’ privileges to the Company Directory. See Edit a user account in the Company Directory for more information.
