Resolution

Verify the
Glean Search OAuth application has been created and configured correctly.

Confirm that the inputted OAuth Client ID and OAuth Client Secret fields matches the fields of the ServiceNow OAuth application

Additionally, verify that the
gleansearch user has been created and that that both the userId and password matches was inputted to Glean.

Verify that the inputted domain name or url is correct and excludes any http prefixes.
