Issue:
- Glean requires the Slack app for GleanBot to be installed org-wide for Enterprise instances.
Resolution:
- In your Slack Enterprise workspace, go to Tools & Settings > Manage Apps
- Go to Installed Apps
- Click on your app for GleanBot
- Go to Manage > Approve for Organization
- Click Approve
