Issue:

• We could verify that the Glean Slack App is installed in any workspaces.

Resolution:

• Please verify the Glean Slack App is installed in all workspaces in your Slack org.

1. Open Slack on web.
2. Find your organization in the top left. Click the organization name, then Tools & settings > Organization settings.
3. Click Integrations > Installed apps.
4. Find and click the Glean app you created earlier.
5. In the top right, click Manage > Approve for organization. Approve the scopes.
6. In the top right, click Manage > Add to workspaces. Select all workspaces by clicking the top-most checkbox. Also select Default for future workspaces.
7. Click Next to approve the scopes.
