  • The Glean application cannot access Microsoft Teams online meetings and transcripts.

Possible reason

  • An application access policy has not been configured for applications to access meetings and transcripts.
  • Without this policy, even with the correct API permissions granted, the application cannot access online meeting content.

Configure an application access policy for your Glean Teams application. See the Teams setup instructions in the admin console, specifically the section Configure access policy to access online meetings. If you continue to see this error, contact Glean Support.
