Google Tool Errors

Issue

The Google tools setup reports Error creating tools / Service Account doesn't have required scopes. because the service account doesn't have the required domain-wide delegation scopes.

Resolution

Review the domain-wide delegation permissions for the service account used by Google tools. Grant these scopes:

• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file
• https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.compose

Use the service account client ID shown in the Google tools setup instructions in the Admin console when you configure domain-wide delegation.
