Accessibility Statement

Glean aims to make its products usable for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement describes our accessibility goals, our current conformance status, how we build and test for accessibility, and how to contact us with feedback.

Our goal

At Glean, our mission is to bring people the knowledge they need to make a difference in the world, and that includes people who use assistive technology. We build accessibility into our products and measure our progress against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

Conformance status

Glean maintains an up-to-date Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR), based on the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) 2.5 format, covering WCAG 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 at Levels A and AA. Accessibility is an ongoing effort: we continue to test our products and address issues as we find them.

Our approach

Glean's design process incorporates accessibility principles from the start. Our accessibility champions collaborate with our product and engineering teams throughout the development process. Our design system is built on accessible components, so new features inherit keyboard support, focus management, and screen reader semantics by default. Our testing involves a variety of assistive technologies, including screen readers, magnifiers, and alternative navigation methods such as keyboard-only and voice control.
