Installing the browser extension

If your team is moving from embedded support integrations (Glean in Zendesk, Glean in ServiceNow, or Glean in Service Cloud), installing the browser extension is the first step toward the replacement experience. Agents in the browser extension are currently in beta. See Extension sidebar for details on using agents for support workflows.
Downloading browser extension
Install the Glean browser extension to use the sidebar, new tab, and companion features. You have two options to install the extension:
- Visit https://app.glean.com/setup and follow the guided installation process for your browser.
- Install the extension through your browser's extension app store:
