Give feedback on search results
Within your first few searches, you may see a message in the top right corner asking for feedback about the quality of the results shown.
You can share feedback using that button at any time to help us improve search quality for your entire company. We review this feedback regularly to inform our product roadmap.
Give feedback in Glean Chat
When chatting with Glean, you'll see thumbs up and thumbs down buttons on each response. Use these to let us know how helpful the answer was:
- Thumbs up - The response was accurate and helpful
- Thumbs down - The response was inaccurate, incomplete, or not what you were looking for
When you give a thumbs down, you can also leave a comment explaining what went wrong. This helps our quality team investigate and improve future responses.
Sharing feedback is the #1 way we make Chat better. Your thumbs up and thumbs down ratings help improve the quality of responses for everyone at your company.
