Issue

We’re unable to list exports from the configured matter. This is essential for us to be able to check status of Google Sites exports that our crawler requests.

Resolution

  • Ensure that the configured matter id is correct
  • Ensure that the configured matter is “open”
  • Ensure that the configured matter is shared to the email account associated with the Google Drive connector
  • Verify the remaining steps in the connector setup
