Issue

We are unable to fetch a refresh and/or access token.

Resolution

  • Verify the Glean Search OAuth application has been created and configured correctly.

  • Confirm that the inputted OAuth Client ID and OAuth Client Secret fields matches the fields of the ServiceNow OAuth application

  • Additionally, verify that the gleansearch user has been created and that that both the userId and password matches was inputted to Glean.

  • Verify that the inputted domain name or url is correct and excludes any http prefixes.
