View sensitive findings flagged by policies
Sensitive findings summary
The sensitive findings summary page serves as a central dashboard, allowing you to monitor and manage occurrences your defined policies have identified as sensitive content. The summary page aggregates findings across your organization, giving you a list overview of recent policy matches.
From this dashboard, you can view key details such as the types and volume of sensitive content identified, which documents or data sources are involved, and which policies triggered the findings.
You can click into individual findings to access detailed context, such as:
- Document names
- Locations
- Timestamps
- Previews of matched content.
Once you see findings, you can address these sensitive findings in your data sources, archive, or exclude these terms from your findings.
