Shortcuts

Shortcuts are quick links to websites or pages you visit frequently. They appear on your Glean homepage so you can open common destinations without searching.

Turn on shortcuts in your profile settings

1. Click your profile icon and select Your settings.
2. Under Preferences, go to the General section.
3. Find Show shortcuts and toggle it on.

How to add shortcuts

Once shortcuts are turned on, you can add personal shortcuts from your homepage.

1. Go to your Glean homepage, and below the search bar click the Manage shortcuts menu (⋮).
2. Select My shortcuts, then click Add shortcut.
3. Enter the site name and URL, then click Add. The shortcut appears in the Shortcuts section on your homepage.

Top sites

Top sites automatically displays sites you visit most frequently. When enabled, these sites appear on your homepage for quick access.

While both Shortcuts and Go Links provide quick access, they are distinct features. Shortcuts are personal links to frequently visited sites. Go Links are company-wide, easy-to-remember URLs for internal resources.
